Register a new Lido staking vault contract set

Body Params

Request to register a Lido staking contract set. The address may be a dashboard contract or
a staking vault contract connected to the vault hub (the dashboard is inferred from the hub
when a vault address is supplied). Vault type (dedicated vs STV / STV stETH pool) is detected
on-chain; pool-related contract addresses are stored when applicable.
